Why Crystal Healing?

Crystals have been used throughout our history for many centuries for healing. Crystals are dug up from beneath the earth and each different type of crystal has it's own special vibration which helps with different parts and issues of our body and chakras. Crystals work with our human body energy field, working with crystalline energy helps the body to self heal itself when it becomes un-well, and helps the body to find balance and natural rhythm again, so that mind and spirit are working harmoniously together.

The Crystal Healing Session

The essence of crystal healing is to assist the body with healing itself. A crystal has a perfect atomic structure which gives out a resonance of perfection, a blue print for the human body to follow. The intension is that the patient receives that which is for the highest good and with in tune with their healing journey.

During the crystal healing session the patient will be asked to lay on a couch and to relax usually this is with music playing in the background . Crystals are then placed around the body and with crystal tools blockages can then be picked up and cleared. Chakras are then cleared and energised, using the correct crystals for each chakra; this brings balance to the body. From this special crystal layouts are used for follow up treatments if needed for example:

• Treatment for grief
• Treatment for liver and spleen
• Treatment for low energy levels

Crystal Healing as a whole is very relaxing, and has a calming effect and is a wonderful therapy, which needs to be experienced to be appreciated.

Crystal Healing is a therapy which is non-invasive and can be used in conjunction with a number of other therapies and orthodox medicine. A full medical history is taken on the first visit. The session takes approx 1 hour but can last up to 1 and half hours
